RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns Policy

We have a 30 day returns policy. Once you have received your order you have 30 days to contact us for a store credit, this can be used to exchange your item. Refunds are only issued for faulty or damaged items.  



To be eligible for a return your items must be unworn, unused and in the original packaging. You will not be issued a store credit if your return does not meet these requirements upon inspection.


Once your return has been approved you will receive a store credit to place an order, please note that once the return has been approved the store credit will be issued within 2-3 business days.


Store credits are valid for 24 months from the date of issue and cannot be extended.



The customer is responsible for the return postage.
 

By initiating a return, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms.

To initiate a return:
1. Email cassandra@rangeandrogue stating your name, order number and details of your request.

2. Once we receive your email and approve your return, we will provide you with the returns details and mail address.

Faulty Items
If your order is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at cassandra@rangeandrogue.com

Faulty items must be returned within 30 days. Once confirmed faulty you will receive a replacement or refund. After 30 days faults are considered wear and tear and will not be accepted.
